the state of alaska does not allow pets in salons due to sanitation reasons. only exceptions are if you have a valid proof of disability.

selfcare collective is an adult only salon + shoppe. we offer curbside pickup and online shopping for all your beauty needs.

cancellation policy

rescheduling or cancellations of appointments requires a full 48 hour notice to avoid late charges and fees. cancellations or reschedules under 48 hours results in a 50% charge of booked services. no call/no show/late more than 10 mins results in a 100% charge of booked services. selective services require deposits in order to book. if your card declines you will be banned, we don’t play games.

phone policy

please refrain from phone usage during the duration of esthetic services. most esthetic services require you to be still and/or have your eyes closed for your protection.

if you are using your phone around the shoppe, please refrain from speaker phone + video calls as you will disturb other guests.
